GIVEAWAY - Win a GHost E-RIOT Full Party E-Mountain Bike
Participation in the competition requires the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By participating, you accept the following terms and conditions of participation.
1. PARTICIPATION
To participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants must:
A) sign up for the social media campaign "Win a GHOST E-RIOT Full Party".
B) Subscribe to the GHOST newsletter (revocation is possible at any time)
C) Provide your first name, surname, email address and date of birth and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to the terms and conditions of this competition.
The competition starts with the publication of the entry on 30.09.2024 at 13:00 (CET) and ends on 21.10.2024 at 23:59:00 (CET). The winners will be notified by 30.10.2024 at 18:00:00 (CET).
Participation is free of charge and in no way linked to the purchase of products. The subscription to the newsletter can be revoked at any time. Anyone who is 18 years of age or older and resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland is eligible to participate . Employees of GHOST-Bikes GmbH and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate.
2. PRIZE AND RAFFLE
The prize:
An E-Riot Full Party (Modellcode: GRCT1) from GHOST-Bikes GmbH. The image of the product is exemplary. GHOST-Bikes reserves the right to replace some of the components shown, so that the bike will be delivered differently accordingly.
Prize draw:
The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by GHOST-Bikes via email. The selected winner will have 5 days to respond to the email and indicate if they accept the prize. If they do not respond within these 5 days, they will lose the opportunity to claim the prize. The participant is asked to check the spam folder, as winning emails can be automatically redirected there. GHOST-Bikes GmbH will arrange the handover with the winner and cover the costs for shipping. The prize will be handed over at a GHOST-Bikes dealer near the winner. The dealer is determined by GHOST-Bikes.
3. INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13/14 GDPR
We - GHOST-Bikes GmbH, An der Tongrube 3, 95652 Waldsassen, Germany - process your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 GDPR - including surname, first name, date of birth, e-mail address and country - exclusively for the purpose listed here of processing the competition and the subsequent dispatch of the GHOST-Bikes newsletter or possible birthday greetings (based on your consent).
The data will not be passed on to third parties – except for the associated contract data processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR or the operator of this network (Facebook / META) – or within the Accell Group of Companies. Your data will be automatically and irrevocably deleted after the expiry of the purpose and expiry of any retention periods. If data is processed on the basis of your consent (e.g. newsletters and birthday greetings), this will be done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR until revoked.
Please note that Facebook (META) and Google and possibly other service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (USA).
WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE USA IS NOT A SAFE THIRD COUNTRY WITHIN THE MEANING OF EU DATA PROTECTION LAW.
We have no influence on this data processing.
Furthermore, the Facebook (META) Promotion Guidelines and the terms of the Facebook (META) Lead Ads or the terms of the Google Lead Ads apply. Depending on the input method used, the respective data protection information listed under https://www.ghost-bikes.com/datenschutz applies.
The winner expressly agrees that the organiser may use image material relating to the prize and its implementation for media purposes within its web presences and social media channels. An objection in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR or further assertion of data subjects' rights can be addressed at any time to the data protection officer (Dipl.-Ing. Lars Ebertz, lars@ebertz-datenschutz.de ) of GHOST-Bikes GmbH.
4. EARLY TERMINATION
The organizers reserve the right to end or change the competition at any time without prior notice if it cannot be guaranteed to be carried out properly for technical reasons (e.g. hardware and software errors, computer viruses or manipulations) or legal reasons.

7. SEVERABILITY
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
