WIN 1 ticket for the Aragon Border Bash Gravel Camp 2024

Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the following conditions of participation. By participating you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1. PARTICIPATION 

In order to participate in the competition, participants must: 

A) Meet the conditions stated in the post.  

B) Be at least 18 years old and agree to the terms and conditions of this sweepstakes. 

The sweepstakes will start with the publication of the post on 05.03.2024 at 12:00 (CET) and will end on 15.04.2024 at 11:59 (CET). Winners will be notified personally by 18.04.2024 at 23:59 (CET). 

Participation is free of charge and in no way connected with the purchase of products. Anyone who is 18 years or older is eligible to participate. Employees of GHOST-Bikes GmbH and their immediate family members may not participate. 

2. PRIZE AND RAFFLE 

The prize: 

One ticket for the Aragon Border Bash Bohemia Gravel Camp. The prize is coupled with the obligatory registration of both participants to the camp within 3 days after notification of the prize. Legal action and cash payment of the prize is excluded.

Travel to the camp is not covered.

Prize Drawing: 

The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by GHOST bikes via email. The selected winner will have 3 days to respond to the email and register for the Gravelcamp. If he/she does not register within these 3 days, he/she will lose the opportunity to claim the prize and a new winner will be selected. The participant is asked to check their spam folder as prize emails may be automatically redirected there. 

Shipping:  

The winner will receive a code by email from GHOST-Bikes GmbH, with which he can register himself and his partner once at the camp. If the email cannot be delivered, the code will not be sent again. A new winner will then be determined. 

3. INFORMATION ACC. ART. 13/14 DSGVO 

The winner expressly agrees that the organizer may use image material relating to the prize and its implementation for media purposes within their web presences and social media channels. An objection pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO or further assertion of data subject rights can be directed at any time to the data protection officer (Dipl.-Ing. Lars Ebertz, lars(at)ebertz-datenschutz.de ) of GHOST-Bikes GmbH. 

4. PREMATURE TERMINATION 

The organizers reserve the right to terminate or change the competition at any time without prior notice, if for technical reasons (e.g. hardware and software errors, computer viruses or manipulations) or legal reasons a proper execution cannot be guaranteed. 

5. ORGANIZER

6. FACEBOOK(META)/INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER 

The competition is not connected to Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them. Contact person and responsible person are only the organizers as listed in point 5. 

7. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
